CES PTO sponsors Popsicles on the Playground typically during the summer months and September. It's a great way for kids to engage with friends and stay acquainted with the school community. Kids come and play on the playground and get free popsicles. Parents get to chat and network with other parents. 

CES PTO coordinates three to four movie nights per year. Movie nights are free to students and their families. Free popcorn is also provided and additional concessions are available to purchase. Movies are typically rated PG. Parents/Guardians must stay with kids.

Each fall, CES PTO coordinates a Spirit Wear Sale, offering a basic selection of kid and adult t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other fun items.  Proceeds from this sale go to support PTO-sponsored activities.

CES PTO sponsors and coordinates the snacks for classroom parties three times a year, including: 

• Harvest Party, October

• Winter Party, December

• Friendship Party, February

CES PTO coordinates BINGO Night, typically in the fall. This family event provides both free entertainment and a fundraising opportunity. PTO sells concessions and other items. 

CES PTO sponsors Family Swim Day at Splash! CES students and their families are welcome to swim for FREE. It's a great opportunity to swim with friends and have a good time.

CES PTO sponsors and coordinates the Centennial Read-a-Thon that takes place in the spring. Kids have an opportunity to read and raise money to earn prizes. The Read-a-Thon fundraiser brings in money to help across the whole school.

CES PTO raises funds with the Blue Bag Bottle Drop program. In April, Bottle Drop offers an extra money matching program for Earth Day. Funds raised with Bottle Drop Blue Bags support Teacher, Classroom, and Curriculum grants in addition to school-wide activities.

CES PTO manages the Scholastic book fair that typically happens twice per year during Parent-Teacher Conferences.
